Duane Morris Advised MindWave Innovations Inc in Merger with Apimeds Pharmaceuticals US, Inc. Backed by $100 Million PIPE
Duane Morris LLP advised MindWave Innovations Inc, a provider of institutional digital asset treasury solutions, specializing in compliant bitcoin treasury infrastructure, AI-driven yield capabilities, ClimateTech impact systems and AdTech engagement platforms, in its merger with Apimeds Pharmaceuticals US, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The combined company integrates high-growth biotechnology and institutional digital-treasury capabilities with the merger supported by a simultaneous PIPE of up to $100 million to advance Apimeds’ clinical programs and expand MindWave’s digital asset infrastructure.
A team of lawyers including Andy Tucker (Partner, Washington, D.C.), and Rebekah D. McCorvey (Partner, Atlanta), Jon Anderson (Senior Associate, Atlanta) and Ana Garcia Bodan (Associate) and Luis Ferro (Associate, Miami) represented MindWave. Ramiro Rodriguez (Partner/ Singapore) led a team that includes Suilyn Yip (Associate) and Constance Seow Jiaxin (Associate). Mauro M. Wolfe (Partner/ Digital Asset) led a team of Criston E.
