ENS advised Salvo Grima Group on 75% Acquisition of Noble Outlook Limited
ENS Kenya acted as lead legal counsel to Salvo Grima Group on its strategic acquisition of a 75% stake in Noble Outlook Limited, strengthening the Group’s FMCG and logistics footprint in East Africa.
The transaction was executed through Salvo Grima Kenya Ltd, a wholly owned SPV of Salvo Grima Group Limited (Malta), and positions the Group for expanded wholesale FMCG and tobacco distribution operations across the region. This complex, multi-jurisdictional deal highlights ENS Kenya’s capabilities in cross-border M&A and strategic investments.
The ENS Kenya team included Mahesh Acharya (Executive, Corporate Commercial) and Faith Chebet (Senior Associate, Corporate Commercial). The Kenya corporate team comprised Anthony Gakuru (Executive), Binti Shah (Executive), Brenda Matu (Senior Associate), Miriam Tatu (Senior Associate), Pooja Rehal (Associate), Makena Gachau (Associate), and Angela Wanjohi (Associate).
The competition law team included Sandya Booluck (Executive, Mauritius) and Rick Van Rensburg (Executive, South Africa).
