Freshfields Advised Charterhouse On Partnership With ESTYA
Charterhouse will invest alongside ESTYA’s management that is reinvesting in the company, and Chequers Capital which will remain an important shareholder after an initial investment in 2021.
Global law firm Freshfields has advised one of the longest-established private equity firms operating in Europe, Charterhouse Capital Partners (‘Charterhouse’), on its partnership with ESTYA, leading French fire safety and security systems provider.
Charterhouse will invest alongside ESTYA’s management that is reinvesting in the company, and Chequers Capital which will remain an important shareholder after an initial investment in 2021. Customary regulatory approvals govern the transaction.
