Global law firm Freshfields advised Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. in connection with the initial public offering of 28,750,000 units of OneIM Acquisition Corp., including the exercise in full of the underwriter’s overallotment option. OneIM Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
