Freshfields Advised Prysmian To Acquire Channell Commercial Corporation
The deal was worth $950 million plus an earn-out of up to $200 million
Global law firm Freshfields has advised Italian cable manufacturer Prysmian S.p.A. to acquire Channell Commercial Corporation
It represents Prysmian’s first major non-cable deal in the connectivity solutions space.
The Freshfields M&A team was led by partner Paul Humphreys, counsel Enrique Dancausa and senior associate Annie Powderly. The team included associates Wei Zhang and Madeline Goodlad.
