Freshfields provided legal advice for DPC Dash Limited’s global listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, a global law firm, has recently provided legal advice to Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Limited, the sole sponsor of the global offering and listing of shares for DPC Dash Limited on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE). The shares of DPC Dash Limited began trading on March 28, 2023.
DPC Dash Limited, the master franchisee for Domino's Pizza in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao, has established 604 stores in 17 cities in Mainland China.
Industry research has recognised it as the fastest-growing among China's top five pizza brands.
