Freshfields represented Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company on the acquisition of Contact Center Company
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, a global law firm, advised Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (also known as solutions by stc) on the acquisition of 100 per cent of Contact Center Company (ccc by stc) from Saudi Telecom Company and ESM Holdings, LLC.
The acquisition is valued at SAR 450 million (approximately $120 million) and will be financed by solutions by stc's own cash resources.
Solutions by stc, has been a leading provider of IT solutions in Saudi Arabia for over 25 years. The acquisition of ccc by stc will provide them with a strategic foothold in the rapidly growing customer experience management market in the Middle East and enable it to expand its services and leverage its expertise in the IT solutions market to grow its presence in the customer experience management market of Saudi Arabia.
The Freshfields team advising on the transaction was led by Global Transactions partner Pervez Akhtar and senior associate Maha Osman, with principal support from associates Nalothiya Nambirajah and trainee Miya Modhvadia. Significant support was also provided by members of our Riyadh office, including associates Muyasser Albar, Basil Bostami, and Abeer Al-Othman.
