Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants Promotes Fadi Hassoun to Senior Partner in Abu Dhabi
The prominent, full-service Emirati law firm, Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants has announced the promotion of Fadi Hassoun to Senior Partner, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s strategic growth and expanding presence in Abu Dhabi.
Fadi has led the firm’s Abu Dhabi office for more than a decade, playing a pivotal role in strengthening Galadari’s position as one of the UAE’s most trusted full-service law firms. With over 22 years of legal experience across Lebanon and the UAE, he is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, insurance, real estate, employment, and financial crime.
Under his leadership, the Abu Dhabi office has become a key contributor to the firm’s regional practice. Fadi has advised on high-value, complex matters, including the restructuring of a USD 130 million Emirati family group spanning four jurisdictions, and the negotiation of an AED 1.4 billion corporate restructuring agreement between a leading regional bank and a major local entity. His commercial insight and client-focused approach have earned long-standing trust from clients in the oil and gas, real estate, insurance, and government sectors.
Ziad Galadari, Founder and Chairman, commented,
“Fadi’s promotion to Senior Partner is a proud moment for the firm. His leadership, integrity, and commitment to excellence have shaped our success in Abu Dhabi over the past decade. We are confident that his continued guidance will strengthen our presence in the capital and across the wider region.”
Expressing gratitude, Fadi Hassoun said,
“It is an honour to be part of Galadari’s journey and to contribute to its evolution in Abu Dhabi. We have built a strong foundation based on client trust, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. I am proud of what our team has achieved and excited for what lies ahead as we continue to deliver world-class legal services across the region.”
As Senior Partner and Head of the Abu Dhabi Office, Fadi will continue to lead Galadari’s strategic expansion, mentor emerging talent, and strengthen key client partnerships across the UAE and wider region.
Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants is a leading full-service Emirati law firm with a rich history dating back to 1983. Headquartered in Dubai, UAE, the firm is known for its blend of deep local knowledge and international expertise.
