Gibson Dunn Advised AIP Management On Its Investment In Silicon Ranch Corporation
AIP will join an existing shareholder group including Manulife Investment Management, TD Asset Management and Shell under the agreement.
Gibson Dunn has advised AIP Management on its agreement to invest in one of the largest independent power producers and developers of utility-scale energy infrastructure projects in the US, Silicon Ranch Corporation.
A near- and mid-term development pipeline of over 12 GW, 3.7 GW in construction or under contract, and 3.6 GW of operating capacity make up Silicon Ranch’s portfolio. AIP will join an existing shareholder group including Manulife Investment Management, TD Asset Management and Shell under the agreement.
The corporate team of Gibson Dunn was led by Partner Nick Politan and included counsels Ata Dinlenc and Jessica Basil and associates George Hang and Vlad Zinovyev.
