The Global Law firm, Gibson Dunn advised Andros Capital Partners in connection with its anchor investment in EnCap Investments’ $2 billion PennEnergy Resources continuation vehicle, the largest capital raise for a continuation vehicle formed to date in the upstream energy sector.
