Gibson Dunn advised Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure Advisors on the formation of Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure Fund III, a fund focused on data centers and other technology and connectivity-related real assets. The fund closed at its hard cap of $7 billion of aggregate capital commitments.
Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure Advisors is a subsidiary of Blue Owl Capital Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed global alternative asset manager (NYSE: OWL).
