Goodwin Advised Riverview School in Purchase of Emerald Resort
The Goodwin Real Estate team advised the Riverview School in the purchase of the Emerald Resort, inclusive of the Cape Cod Irish Village, Hyport Conference Center, and Twin Brooks Golf Course. The Riverview School intends to utilize the open space and buildings as a new campus, which will allow the Riverview School to expand its offerings, with inclusion for adult students in a program called “Friends Forever”. The Riverview School also has plans to build walking trails and provide housing for faculty and alumni.
Riverview School, an independent coeducational boarding/day school, provides a caring community for adolescents and young adults with complex language, learning and cognitive disabilities. The School is committed to developing student competence and confidence in academic, social, and independent living skills.
