Goodwin Procter Advised Accompio On Refinancing And Investing In Acquisition Of Netz16 Group
The new funds are being provided by Eurazeo
Global law firm, Goodwin Procter has advised accompio, a portfolio company of EOS Partners, to refinance its existing funding and invest in the acquisition of the Netz16 Group and its subsidiaries digisoolut, Fundwerk and Parit.
Accompio is an IT managed service provider that unites several established companies under a single brand. Operating throughout the DACH region, the company’s 700 employees in 17 locations offer a broad portfolio of services, specializing in IT security, cloud solutions and digital transformation.
Netz16 is an innovative IT managed service provider headquartered in Augsburg. It focuses on cybersecurity, modern infrastructure and managed services. The firm provides ERP system platforms, DATEV solutions and telemarketing concepts through its subsidiaries. Comprising 200 employees, its business activities are currently in southern Germany.
EOS is a long-term oriented private equity firm that invests in midmarket companies within DACH. It aspires for a multidisciplinary approach to accelerate growth and increase efficiency. The company fosters the development of highly competitive category leaders by providing industry expertise, strategic know-how, access to an extensive network, and flexible capital.
The deal team was led by Partners Winfried M. Carli and Marius Garnatz. It included Associates Rebecca Stöcklein and Anna Zoth (Private Equity/Finance) and Felix Krüger and Philipp Lauer (Tax).
