Goodwin Procter Advised Level Equity In Raising $1.4 Billion For Growth Equity Funds
Since its inception, the private investment firm has dealt with over 125 ventures
Multinational law firm Goodwin Procter has guided Level Equity Management on the close of its recent growth equity funds, Level Equity Growth Partners VI, L.P. and Level Equity Opportunities Fund 2025, L.P.
The funds closed at $1.4 billion, up from $1.125 billion in their 2021 vintage equity funds. Since 2011, Level Equity has raised $4.5 billion across equity and credit businesses.
Level Equity is a lower-middle-market private investment. It provides capital to rapidly growing software and technology-enabled businesses and transaction types to support their continued growth.
The firm raised over $4.5 billion in committed capital for its closed funds and co-investments. Since its inception, it made over 125 investments.
