Gowling WLG advised CloudClevr on long-term funding partnership with NatWest

Gowling WLG’s Banking and Finance team has advised CloudClevr, a UK-based cloud and managed services provider and subsidiary of Rigby Group Technology Investments Ltd, on securing a long-term funding partnership with NatWest.

The funding will support CloudClevr’s acquisition-led expansion and next stage of growth. Rigby Group (RG) PLC is Europe’s largest private investor in technology and a longstanding client of Gowling WLG.

The transaction involved comprehensive advisory on structuring, regulatory compliance, and execution of the funding package, ensuring CloudClevr is well-positioned for its growth ambitions. The deal reflects the team’s expertise in complex financing solutions, combining sector knowledge with a commercial approach to support acquisition finance, syndicated lending, asset-based lending, and refinancing.
