Gowling WLG Advised Lenders On €150 Million Financing Of Vaure Wind Farm Project

Gowling WLG Advised Lenders On €150 Million Financing Of Vaure Wind Farm Project
The project, once operational, is expected to produce around 214 GWh of electricity annually which is enough to power nearly 44,600 households every year.
Gowling WLG’s banking and finance team in Paris advised Caisse d’Épargne CEPAC, Crédit Industriel et Commercial, Banque Palatine and Société Générale on the €150 million financing of Vaure wind farm located in France’s Marne department.
The wind farm, developed by independent Franco-Belgian renewable energy company, TTR Energy, will comprise 15 state-of-the-art turbines, delivering an installed capacity of 95 MW. The project, once operational, is expected to produce around 214 GWh of electricity annually which is enough to power nearly 44,600 households every year. Expected to play a key role in reducing carbon emissions, the wind farm will also line up with broader European sustainability goals. Construction is already underway and commissioning is expected by late 2026.
Gowling WLG France Partner Antoine Pampouille led the deal, alongside Associate Carl El Kalaani.
