Gowling WLG Advised The Shareholders Of Ezee International Limited (EGI) On Their Sale To Ryleon
Gowling WLG's Corporate M&A team has advised the shareholders of Ezee Group International Limited (EGI) on their sale to Ryleon, a leading European provider of sustainable packaging and security solutions.
EGI specialises in designing and developing high-quality moulded fibre packaging solutions with operations in both the UK and the US. Supporting a wide range of applications from beverages to home improvement with sustainable alternatives to plastic, EPS and foam packaging, EGI operate from its UK headquarters with a clear platform for future growth through their wholly owned US subsidiary.
Neil said: "We're really pleased to have supported EGI's shareholders on the sale to Ryleon to cement a partnership that will allow for real growth opportunities. We were delighted that Natalie and Warren put their trust in us to play a part in what was the culmination of many years of hard work and wish them and the EGI team continued success as part of Ryleon."
Gowling WLG's Corporate M&A team advised business owners, corporates, private equity and venture capital investors on a broad range of investments, acquisitions, reorganisations and exits in the mid-market and lower mid-market.
