Gowling WLG Capital Markets team advised Hamak Strategy on £2.5 million convertible loan and ATM facility
The global leading law firm Gowling WLG Capital Markets team has advised Hamak Strategy Limited (Hamak Strategy) on a £2.5 million Convertible Loan Note (CLN) and an At The Market (ATM) facility for up to £30 million.
