Harneys acted as Cayman Islands counsel to QingSong Health Corporation on its HKEX IPO
The global offshore law firm, Harneys acted as Cayman Islands counsel to QingSong Health Corporation on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 2661. The shares rose by approximately 1.5 times on their debut day, reflecting strong investor demand.
QingSong Health is a leading digital healthcare and health insurance services platform in China, leveraging AI-driven technology to deliver integrated healthcare solutions and online insurance services to insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and individual users.
This transaction follows Harneys’ role as Cayman Islands counsel on the Hong Kong IPO of Quantgroup Holding Limited, completed in late November 2025, marking two Hong Kong IPOs in the last month supported by Harneys.
The Harneys team was led by Raymond Ng (Partner, Hong Kong Corporate), advising on the Cayman Islands aspects of both IPOs.
