Harneys Cyprus advised Theon International PLC on €150 million capital increase through rights offering
The global offshore law firm, Harneys Cyprus advised Theon International PLC, a Cyprus company with shares listed and admitted to trading on Euronext Amsterdam, on a secondary rights issue of ordinary shares raising €150 million. The proceeds were partly used to finance the acquisition of a 9.8% stake in Exosens SA, a leading French electro-optical technology company. Harneys worked closely with Theon and Clifford Chance in Frankfurt and Amsterdam.
Theon International is a leading developer and manufacturer of customisable night vision and thermal imaging systems for military and security applications across Europe, with a global footprint spanning 71 countries.
