Herbert Smith Freehills Advised Healius Limited On A$965 Million Sale Of Lumus Imaging To Affinity Equity Partners
Herbert Smith Freehills advised Healius Limited (Healius) on the sale of Lumus Imaging to funds managed by Affinity Equity Partners for an enterprise value of A$965 million.
HSF Partner, Nicole Pedler said, “It has been a privilege to work so closely with the Healius team on all aspects of this complex corporate carveout and we congratulate Healius and Affinity on achieving completion.”
Healthcare sector lead Partner, Natalie Bryce said, “Diagnostics, particularly medical imaging, continues to be an active sector for M&A, underpinned by strong thematics of an aging population and technological innovations in equipment and service delivery.”
The Herbert Smith Freehills team was led by Nicole Pedler (Partner, Corporate M&A) , Bradley Russell (Partner, Corporate M&A) , and Natalie Bryce (Partner, Corporate M&A).
