Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Advised Underwriters On Qingsong Health's Hong Kong IPO
Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has advised China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and China Merchants Securities (HK) Co., Limited as underwriters on QingSong Health Corporation (02661.HK)'s listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
"This transaction marks a strong finish to a standout year for our Hong Kong IPO practice," said Hong Kong (Partner) Matt Emsley. "With a robust listing pipeline ahead, we are ready to carry this momentum into 2026."
QingSong Health provides healthcare and insurance solutions, including digital marketing, digital medical research, integrated health service packages and consultancy on early disease screening, alongside insurance brokerage and technical services.

The Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer team was led by Matt Emsley (Partner), Stanley Xie (Partner), and Jin Kong (Senior Registered Foreign Lawyer), led a cross-office team advised the underwriters, supported by Jaime Fong (Of Counsel), Brian Ge (Senior Associate), Crystal Chan (Associate), Bryan Zhu (Associate), Wang Ting (Associate), Leah Zhi (Legal Assistant), Allen Wang (Patent Attorney), Angel Lau (Trainee Solicitor), and Hugo Leung (Vacation Scheme Student).
Legal manager Marine Jin (Legal Manager), led Herbert Smith Freehills Kewei Joint Operation’s Digital Legal Delivery business to provide high-efficiency solutions for verification and other document-intensive processes during the listing, assisted by Jean Zhou, Chloe Hu, Mia Jin and Yichen Cai.
