Full-service law firm Heuking has advised the Cologne-based pricing and revenue optimization startup Buynomics on its Series B funding round of USD 30 million.
The capital provided by new and existing investors will be used to drive international expansion and accelerate the development of AI-based price optimization technology.
Founded in 2018, Buynomics offers a commercial operating system that helps companies to optimize their pricing, promotions and product portfolios by simulating shoppers’ behavior. Its clients include Danone, Unilever, L'Oréal and Vodafone.
