Hogan Lovells advises awork on 5 million euros Series-A financing
The capital will be used to support the company's further growth
Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised awork, a Hamburg start-up on a Series-A financing round of 5 million euros.
The financing round was led by new investors Hi inov-Dentressangle and Swiss Post Ventures. The investors have an experience in the B2B SaaS field and are experts in internationalization from the German-speaking region. The founders and existing investors also participated in the financing round.
Founded in 2019, the software company has developed a work management tool that supports teams in digital collaboration. It plans to double the number of users of its product in the near future.
More than 2,000 corporate customers, including thjnk, fischerAppelt, Ströer, and EnBW are already using the tools.
The Hogan Lovells team advising awork was led by Munich partner Nikolas Zirngibl and senior associate Kilian Pfahl.
