Hogan Lovells, a prominent global law firm, represented the sole sponsor, Guotai Junan Capital Limited, and the underwriters in the successful HK$272 million Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Wise Living Technology Co. Ltd on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Wise Living Technology Co. Ltd is a notable cross-provincial heat service provider, with a primary focus on the "Three North Region" in China. The company's core activities revolve around delivering heat services to both residential and non-residential customers under concession rights. In addition to this, Wise Living Technology Co. Ltd offers heat-related engineering construction services and energy-conservation contract services.
The underwriters for the HK$272 IPO of Wise Living Technology Co. Ltd were Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, Orient Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, CEB International Capital Corporation Limited, ABCI Securities Company Limited, China Galaxy International Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, Kingsway Financial Services Group Limited, Livermore Holdings Limited, Fortune (HK) Securities Limited, and Selina & Co. Limited.
