Hogan Lovells represented Bank Millennium in key bancassurance partnership and shares sale
Hogan Lovells' Warsaw office has provided legal counsel to Bank Millennium S.A. in the establishment of a long-term bancassurance partnership, as well as in the sale of 80% of its shares in Millennium Financial Services sp. z o.o. to Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie Europa S.A. and Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Europa S.A. The transaction is subject to approval from the relevant antitrust authority before it can be finalised.
