K&A Advised SNB Capital On IPO Of Al Ramz Real Estate Company On Saudi Exchange
K&A advised SNB Capital on IPO of Al Ramz Real Estate Company on Saudi Exchange
The leading independent Saudi Arabian law firm, Khoshaim & Associates (K&A) advised SNB Capital in its capacity as underwriter, financial adviser, bookrunner, and lead manager on the initial public offering (IPO) of Al Ramz Real Estate Company on the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul). The offering comprised 30% of the company’s share capital post-offer and represents a significant milestone for Al Ramz as it enters the public market.
Al Ramz is a Saudi-based real estate development company focused on the development and delivery of residential and commercial real estate projects, including residential communities, commercial units, and mixed-use developments that support urban growth and evolving demand across key markets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The IPO forms part of the company’s strategic growth plans and marks an important step in accessing public capital markets.
The transaction further reinforces K&A’s position as a leading adviser on Saudi capital markets matters, following its recent recognition as Saudi Arabian Law Firm of the Year and Equity Deal of the Year at the ALB Middle East Law Awards 2025.
The K&A transaction team was led by Zeyad Khoshaim (Managing Partner) and Ghaida Meaigel (Counsel), supported by associates from the firm’s Capital Markets practice.
