Kadir Andri & Partners advised DRB-HICOM Berhad on acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems Malaysia Sdn Bhd
The premier Malaysian law firm, Kadir Andri & Partners advised DRB-HICOM Berhad and its wholly owned subsidiary, Composites Technology Research Malaysia Sdn Bhd, on the proposed acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems Malaysia Sdn Bhd for an estimated purchase consideration of USD 110,617,817.
