The Egyptian boutique law firm, Khodeir & Partners acted as legal counsel to a well-established real estate development company in connection with a construction-related arbitration dispute arising from the development of a luxury residential compound in New Cairo. Drawing on strategic arbitration expertise, the dispute was settled amicably, resulting in the withdrawal of the arbitration proceedings by the opposing party.

The settlement enabled the client to avoid payment of the amount in dispute and to secure monetary benefits exceeding EGP 100 million.
