The leading independent Saudi Arabian law firm, Khoshaim & Associates (“K&A”) advised BSF Capital in its capacity as underwriter, financial adviser, bookrunner, and lead manager in connection with the initial public offering (IPO) of Cherry Trading Company on the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on January 13, 2026.
Cherry Trading Company is a leading vehicle leasing and mobility solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, with operations spanning car rental services, short- and long-term vehicle leasing, and used vehicle sales.
