King & Spalding Advised Safanad and Partners on Launch of New U.S. Data Center Platform
King & Spalding acted as legal advised to Safanad Limited in connection with the launch of a new U.S. data center platform, Element Critical, alongside 26North Partners, Arctos, and Mercuria. The platform is anchored by the acquisition of two enterprise data center facilities in Houston and Austin, Texas, and is designed to accelerate the growth of Element Critical to meet rising AI-driven data center demand.
