King & Spalding Advised UltraGreen.ai as Local Counsel in Connection with USD 400M IPO
King & Spalding advised UltraGreen.ai as local counsel in Germany in connection with USD 400m IPO. King & Spalding has acted as local counsel in Germany in connection with the USD 400 million initial public offering (IPO) of UltraGreen.ai on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
UltraGreen.ai is a global medical tech company that in particular develops fluorescence-guided surgery technology and builds an AI-powered surgical intelligence platform. The IPO of UltraGreen.ai is the largest non-trust listing on the SGX since 2017 with a market capitalization of approximately USD 1.6 billion at listing. The German subsidiary, Diagnostic Green GmbH, is a leading provider of Indocyanine Green (ICG) dyne and the IC-Flow fluorescence camara system.
The King & Spalding team advising in connection with the IPO with respect to matters regarding Diagnostic Green was led by Dr. Peter Memminger (Partner), with Benjamin Köpple (Counsel), and Dr. Peter Stainer (Senior Associate).
