Latham & Watkins Advised Bridgepoint on Acquisition of Interpath
Latham & Watkins has advised Bridgepoint, one of the world’s leading mid-market investors, on exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Interpath, the international financial advisory firm. With Bridgepoint’s support, Interpath will focus on accelerating its international expansion, continuing to attract and retain top talent, broadening its service offering across existing and new geographies, and selectively pursuing strategic acquisitions to further strengthen its platform.
The potential transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, and the completion of information and consultation processes with employee representatives where necessary, and is expected to complete in late Q2 or Q3 2026.
The Latham & Watkins team was led by London Farah O’Brien (Partner), with Edward Coates (Associate), and John Slater (Associate).
