Latham & Watkins Advised Clario In US$8.875 Billion Sale To Thermo Fisher Scientific
Latham & Watkins LLP acted as legal counsel to Clario and the investor consortium led by Astorg, Nordic Capital, Novo Holdings, and Cinven in connection with the sale of Clario to Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE: TMO). The transaction, valued at US$8.875 billion, represents the largest full healthcare private equity exit globally announced in 2025, reflecting Clario's growth, strategic positioning, and the value created through a strong partnership between shareholders and management.
The sale involved Astorg, a leading pan-European private equity firm, and Nordic Capital, a leading international private equity investor, along with Novo Holdings and Cinven, exiting their investments. Clario is a leading provider of digital endpoint solutions to the clinical trial industry.
