Latham & Watkins advises on CyberCube growth financing

The company enables society to make better decisions, as internet-connected technologies change the nature of risk in the 21st century

The market leader in cyber risk analytics, CyberCube has announced US$50 million in additional growth capital from investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Tactical Value, with continued participation from all existing investors.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Morgan Stanley in the transaction.

The finance team was led by Bay Area partner Haim Zaltzman and Boston partner John Miller. They were assisted by associates Trevor Church and Gloria Ring. The tax matters were dealt with by New York partner Bora Bozkurt and associate Aaron Bernstein.
