Latham & Watkins Advised DECATHLON PULSE on Acquisition of Majority Stake in Bikeleasing Group
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised DECATHLON PULSE, a fully owned subsidiary of global leading sports brand DECATHLON, on an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Bikeleasing Group. The transaction involves the acquisition of approximately 65% of Bikeleasing Group, including the 52% stake currently held by Brockhaus Technologies AG. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026 and is subject to closing conditions, including regulatory approvals and the approval of the shareholders’ meeting of Brockhaus Technologies AG.
DECATHLON PULSE is the investment arm and startup studio of DECATHLON. Bikeleasing Group is one of the leading providers of sustainable bicycle mobility and modern employee benefits in German-speaking countries. The Group will continue to operate as an independent entity with its established brands, including Probonio, Bike2Future, Lesora, and Bikeleasing.
