Latham & Watkins Advised Fractal Analytics on US$314 Million IPO

Latham & Watkins has advised Fractal Analytics Limited, a global enterprise artificial intelligence company, on its US$314 million initial public offering (IPO) on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).

The Latham & Watkins team was led by Singapore Rajiv Gupta (Partner), and Hong Kong Dominik Sklenar (Partner), with Singapore Esha Goel (Counsel), Singapore Zheyi Feng (Associate), and Hong Kong Stewart Lai (Associate), and Wang Zhang (Associate).
