Latham & Watkins Advised On Private Credit Financing For Stronvar Aerospace’s Acquisition Of Electro Methods Inc. From Blackstone

An investment from Blackstone’s private equity strategy for individual investors will support Stronvar Aerospace.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised the private credit firms in the deal.

A newly formed company with strategic plans to build a high-performing group serving the aero-engine supply chain, Stronvar Aerospace, has acquired Electro Methods Inc. from privately held owners. An investment from Blackstone’s private equity strategy for individual investors will support Stronvar Aerospace.

The Latham & Watkins LLP team representing the private credit funds in a financing to support the deal was led by Partners Paul Bonewitz, Dan Seale, Brandon Anderson, and Brianna Oller and counsel Katherine Stork, with associates Dan Ovadia, Beste Bozkurt, and William Council.
