Latham & Watkins Advised on TKC Holdings’ Refinancing Totaling US$2.350 Billion

Latham & Watkins advised TKC Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of HIG, has accessed the syndicated markets to consummate a comprehensive US$2.350 billion senior secured bank and bond refinancing.

The Latham & Watkins LLP team was led by Jesse Sheff (Partner), and Andrew Baker (Partner), with banking Tulika Sinha (Associate), Kate Bell (Associate), Andrea Olaya Gomez (Associate), and Julius Ma (Associate), and capital markets Giulia Franzoso (Associate), Vanessa Hillabrand (Associate), and Helen Zhang (Associate).

Advice was also provided on tax matters by Bora Bozkurt (Partner), and Kathryn Harrington (Counsel), with assistance from George Yu.
