Latham & Watkins Advised Swiss Life Asset Managers on Its Acquisition Financing for an Additional Stake in Itínere Infrastructures

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Swiss Life Asset Managers on the bank and institutional financing of its acquisition of an additional 12.53% stake in Spanish toll road operator Itínere Infrastructures from APG, increasing its total stake in Itínere Infrastructures to 37.60%. Itínere Infrastructures is a leading Spanish infrastructure management company, operating five toll roads across Northern Spain that cover approximately 470 kilometres.
