Latham & Watkins LLP Advised On Viking Holdings’ US$1.3 Billion Secondary Offering
Latham & Watkins LLP advised the underwriters on the secondary public offering of Viking Holdings Ltd (NYSE: VIK), a global travel company, in connection with the sale of 30,531,917 ordinary shares by certain selling shareholders. The shares were offered at a public offering price of US$44.20 per share. The offering is expected to close on May 29, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
The Latham & Watkins team was led by Christopher Lueking (Partner), Scott Westhoff (Partner), and Jonathan Sarna (Partner), with support from KC Sands (Associate), Chelsea Carlson (Associate), Caroline Hughes (Associate), and Janani Hariharan (Associate).
