Linklaters Advised Clarion Partners Europe On The Acquisition Of Two Warehouses In Poland
Linklaters advised Clarion Partners Europe, a specialist investor and manager of high-quality logistics properties across Europe, on the acquisition of two warehouses in Pruszcz Gdański, Pomerania, Poland. The seller was a Poland-focused logistics platform.
Strategically located near Gdańsk and close to the S6 expressway, the warehouses offer a 78,486 sqm leasable area, fully occupied by a diverse range of tenants, including one of Central Europe’s fastest-growing clothing companies. Both facilities are BREEAM-certified, with “Excellent” and “Very Good” ratings.
