Linklaters Advised Mirova On Its EUR 50 Million Investment In GreenWay
Linklaters advised Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers dedicated to sustainable investing, on its EUR 50 million+ investment in GreenWay, a leader in the electric vehicle charging industry. With this investment, Mirova becomes the largest shareholder in GreenWay, further advancing its decarbonisation strategy in developed economies.
The investment will drive GreenWay’s expansion of its EV charging network in Central and Eastern Europe, supporting its continued growth.
