Linklaters Advised Nhood And Ceetrus On Their Partnership With Apsys To Transform Poland’s Commercial Market
Linklaters advised Nhood and Ceetrus on their partnership with Apsys, aiming to revolutionize the commercial market in Poland through innovative and sustainable development projects that create value for residents, tenants, local authorities, and NGOs.
The partnership’s flagship project, Wilanów Park, is set to redefine urban retail and green spaces. The project includes a shopping center spanning over 50,000 sqm with 166 retail units and a public park covering more than 2.2 hectares. With an investment exceeding €200 million, Wilanów Park is designed to be a green retail and lifestyle destination in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, scheduled to open in 2028.
The Linklaters team was led by Tomasz Trystuła (Managing Associate), supported by Marta Strykowska (Senior Associate) and Filip Witaszek (Associate) from the Warsaw Real Estate practice, under the supervision of Janusz Dzianachowski (National Managing Partner).
