Linklaters Advised Tecpetrol S.A. On US$750 Million Bond Issuance
Linklaters advised Tecpetrol S.A. on its offering of US$750 million 7.625% notes due 2030. The notes were offered and sold pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act. The offering launched on October 28, 2025, priced on October 29, 2025, and closed on November 3, 2025. The notes are expected to be listed on the Bolsa y Mercados Argentina S.A. (BYMA), and admitted for trading on the BYMA and on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
Tecpetrol is a leading participant in the oil and gas market in Argentina, and its activities include the exploration, exploitation, and transport of hydrocarbons. Tecpetrol is the second largest holder of wet gas acreage in the Vaca Muerta formation in the Neuquina basin, one of the largest shale areas in the world.
