Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy Advised Beltone On Acquisition Of SODIC For Securitization
Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy Advised Beltone On Acquisition Of SODIC For Securitization
Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) has advised Beltone Holding on its full acquisition of SODIC For Securitization, marking a significant step in Beltone’s expansion within the financial services sector.
Beltone, a Cairo-based company listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, offers a wide range of financial solutions, including brokerage, investment banking, asset management, and equity research. Through this transaction, Beltone acquired the securitization branch of Egyptian real estate development firm SODIC, further strengthening its securitization capabilities.
“This acquisition is expected to enhance Beltone’s ability to securitize the portfolios of its growing roster of non-banking financial services firms as well as third parties’ portfolios” MBH stated.
The MBH team advising on the transaction was led by Mohamed Abdel Fattah, Partner and Head of Capital Markets, alongside Partner Muhammad Nassef Ali, Counsel Omar Adel, and Senior Associate Khaled Abdul Wahab.
