Mayer Brown provided legal advice to Omni Partners, an investment management firm, on its acquisition of Aesthetic Technology Limited (ATL), a manufacturer of energy-based devices for the medical aesthetic and cosmetic markets. ATL was founded in 2012 and is based in Warrington.
Omni plans to expand ATL to international markets, as well as support its product development into new medical treatments.
