Mayer Brown Advised Argos Wityu On Acquisition Financing For Majority Stake In Hexvia

Mayer Brown Advised Argos Wityu On Acquisition Financing For Majority Stake In Hexvia
Mayer Brown advised Argos Wityu, and its Argos Climate Action fund, on the financing of its acquisition of a majority stake in Hexvia. Argos Wityu acquires Hexvia alongside Bpifrance, from Siparex, BPM Group and other minority financial investors.
Hexvia, known for its flagship brand Demeco, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, operates through a nationwide network of approximately 120 agencies and employs around 1,100 professionals. The company serves residential, business, and industrial clients and has established itself as a prominent player in France's moving services sector.
With its new shareholders’ support, Hexvia will enhance its current offer and introduce value-added services aimed at making residential and business moves easier. These innovations will be implemented through both internal development and acquisitions, in its current locations and new geographies.
Environmental awareness in the moving services market is increasing among both companies and individuals. Supported by Argos and Bpifrance, Hexvia aims to be at the forefront of sustainable residential and business mobility services, with a clear strategic roadmap built around three key pillars:
(1) Continue growing on the French moving services market ;
(2) Pursue its acquisition strategy ;
(3) Accelerate the environmental transition to build a lasting competitive advantage.
The Mayer Brown team was led by Maud Bischoff (Partner), and included Constance Bouchet (Counsel) and Blaise Fischer (Associate)
