Meysan Advised Sanam Innovation Holding Company And Arzan Financial Group On Acquisition Of 75% Stake In NATMED
Meysan has successfully advised Sanam Innovation Holding Company (SIHC) and Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment in their acquisition of a 75% stake in NATMED. The transaction, valued at approximately $33 million, marks a significant milestone in the regional investment landscape.
Sanam Innovation Holding Company and Arzan Financial Group, both prominent players in the financial and investment sectors, have strategically joined forces to acquire a substantial stake in NATMED. This acquisition presents a promising opportunity for both investors to expand their portfolios and enhance their market presence in the region.
Meysan’s team, led by Partner Dr. Abdulwahab Sadeq, played a pivotal role in structuring and negotiating the deal. The team was supported by Senior Associate Adel AlAsousi and Associate Nour Berbari. Together, they navigated complex negotiations, drafted the necessary legal documents, and ensured a smooth closing of the transaction.
