Morgan Lewis Advised Nebius on Acquisition of Agentic Search Provider Tavily

Morgan Lewis represented Nebius Group N.V. in relation to its acquisition of Tavily. The acquisition extends Nebius’s cloud platform capabilities with real-time search infrastructure for AI agents and addresses critical capability in the fast-growing agentic AI market.

The acquisition follows Nebius’s recent deals with Meta and Microsoft in late 2025 and significant equity and debt financings, on which Morgan Lewis also advised.
